Your entry door is a prominent welcoming feature of your home. After extended use it is probably sagging, may be goobered with paint, have tarnished, painted-over hardware, worn hinges and a damaged jamb from prior poorly crafted repairs. Dollars are probably flying through the cracks in the form of heated and cooled air.

And, why wouldn’t you simply buy a new door? Your door is probably original to your house. There are reasons for its continued existence and ongoing service. It was well made! Inevitably replacement requires a custom door. Your door is not a standard size. Good construction, original fabric, and its gracious size mean it’s probably a keeper. It’s worth renewing.

We offer three stages of renewal. Stage One includes adjusting the door’s swing, lubricating the hinges and locks, removing old weather stripping and installing our silicone weather sealing system.
Stage Two includes all of the above plus work like repairing damaged door edges, installing new wood to replace torn out jamb stock, fabricating a custom threshold, replacing glass, and installing new hardware.
Stage Three is all of the above plus removing the door for a dip n’ strip, polishing the hardware, and applying a multi-coat brand new finish on bare wood. If your old door is damaged beyond rehab, we can build and install an appropriate custom replacement.
